Shipping policy

Shipping in the USA:

Our standard shipping is via FedEx Ground or USPS Priority Mail.

Due to increased demand there is a fulfillment delay of 3-5 days.

Estimated delivery dates are shown at checkout. These estimated delivery dates will be accurate as long as there are no significant delays on the carrier's side.

We ship orders Monday thru Friday. Orders received over the weekend will be shipped on Monday or Tuesday. Most orders are shipped within 1 business day if all products are in stock. All orders are subject to address and fraud verification and the order may be delayed or canceled if incorrect information is provided.

 

Expedited and international shipping options are available (more info below).

  • Expedited (rush) orders must be received before 12:00PM EST to ship out same day (weekdays only). We do not ship expedited orders over the weekend (Saturday & Sunday) because our offices are closed.

    Exceptions: 

    -Please note that shipments to military addresses (APO/FPO) are sent by USPS and are not eligible for free shipping.

    -Orders to Hawaii or Alaska are sent via USPS Priority Mail with the actual and are not eligible for free shipping. Shipping rates are determined by weight of the order.

    Expedited Shipping:


    We offer 3 expedited shipping options through FedEx:

    • Rush shipping - next business afternoon
    • Express Shipping - second business day
    • Same Day Delivery (New England only - more details below)

    Express, Rush, and Same Day orders must be received before 12:00PM EST to ship out same day (weekdays only). For an instant express shipping quote, please enter your address in the indicated space at check out. Our website will provide you with the expedited shipping options.

    FedEx Same Day Shipping Details:

    • Same Day Delivery is an option for a large part of New England. Same Day orders will arrive at your residence before 8pm the same day that you place your order.
    • FedEx Same Day orders cannot be cancelled once shipped. If they are cancelled, a $25 fee will be subtracted from the product value refund. The initial Same Day shipping charge would not be refunded.
    • Once a Same Day order is placed, any address correction would incur a $15 fee.
